1 Acceptance of Terms

Service availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime, but Services are provided "as is" and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security patches, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for interruptions.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party providers (payment networks, identity verification, etc.). Their terms may also apply, and we are not responsible for their performance.

5 Fees & Charges

Most Clover Leaf Finance Bank services are free. Where fees apply, they are clearly disclosed before you incur them.

Fees may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Clover Leaf Finance Bank to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clover Leaf Finance Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
• Delays or failures caused by third parties, networks, or systems outside our control.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount of fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (ii) $100.

10 Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulator.
• We detect suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limits, dispute resolution, and IP) shall continue to apply.

11 Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@Clover Leaf Finance Bank.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in New York, NY, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by written notice.

Class action waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

12 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
